Who we are and what this covers
Landownerintel ("we," "us," or "our") operates LandownerIntel.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the site, request a parcel report, purchase a PDF, or contact us. It covers our website and report services, not the independent privacy practices of other websites linked from our reports.
Information we collect
- Property and report details: An address, county and state, or coordinates you enter; your selected report type; and the report, scores, and location-based source data generated from that request. Property information may identify you when associated with you or your email address.
- Purchase and delivery details: Your delivery email address, report ID, checkout and payment status, provider transaction reference, amount, and PDF delivery status. Payment card details are entered at Whop's hosted checkout, not into our report form; Whop handles its own payment-data practices.
- Site-use information: Our hosting and analytics or advertising providers may process IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, referral information, cookie or similar identifiers, and interactions with the site. Administrative sign-in uses session cookies; a browser session may temporarily store a report receipt or delivery status.
- Messages: If you email us, we receive the email address and contents of your message.
How we use information
We use this information to generate and display parcel reports; process checkout and verify purchases; deliver PDFs and transactional messages; answer requests; troubleshoot and protect the service; measure site usage and advertising; and comply with legal obligations. We may use location details with public or third-party land-data services, including the U.S. Census geocoder and other mapping or infrastructure data sources, to build your report. A report can contain property details, so keep its link and emailed PDF private if you do not want others to see them.
Who receives information
We share information as needed with providers that support the service: Whop for hosted checkout, Resend for report and service emails, hosting and private file-storage providers for site and PDF delivery, and mapping or public-data services for location-based report generation. Public marketing pages use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel for measurement and advertising; these providers may receive browsing information and identifiers and may use them under their own policies. The Google Ads tag may also load on other site pages. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the service.
We do not sell your report contents or delivery email address as a data product. Depending on applicable law, sharing advertising identifiers and site activity with Google or Meta may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising.
Cookies and advertising choices
Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel are optional. They do not load until you allow optional tracking on this browser. Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage, and you can change it below at any time. When you turn tracking off, this page reloads to stop loaded tags from running on the new page; it cannot undo data already sent. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals take priority over an earlier permission. If storage is unavailable, optional tracking stays off. This choice does not block the cookies needed for administrative sign-in, or temporary browser storage used for purchase confirmation and report delivery.

Retention and security
We retain report, purchase, and delivery records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, address disputes, protect the service, and meet legal requirements. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to reports or stored PDFs. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers have their own retention practices.
Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. Email us with your request and enough information to locate the report or transaction. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. You can also contact us if you received a report email in error.
Children and changes to this policy
Our service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us. We may update this policy as our practices change; the effective date above indicates the latest version posted here.
